4.  I acknowledge using the PPC Digital Swap Meet for any purpose contrary to any applicable federal, state, municipal or tribal laws, or regulations, constitutes using PPC Swap Meet for an "illegal purpose".  I agree that I will not use PPC Swap Meet for any illegal purpose.

5. If I am at all unsure about firearm sales and transfers, I will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit the ATF website at http://www.atf.gov.

6. PPC Digital Swap Meet may edit or remove information, including my listings, from the site without notice.

7. I take responsibility for my actions whilst using PPC Digital Swap Meet.  I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of PPC Digital Swap Meet.  Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of such my actions.  Collecting data from PPC Digital Swap Meet and publishing it is strictly prohibited.
